Info from Licensor: "My friend and I were sitting in a vehicle during a rain delay at Dover International Speedway in Delaware. We’ve been watching some guys having a good time in the rain and one climbed on top of their vehicle. We knew something crazy was about to happen, so I got my phone out and was ready. Then the guy proceeded to jump off the vehicle onto the canopy. I assume he was dared to. He got up seemingly unhurt and everyone around was laughing."
