'Avengers: Endgame' Director Explains Why They Didn't Introduce Nova

The Russo Brothers did not introduce Nova in either the third or fourth Avengers films. Joe Russo said it would be up to James Gunn to introduce the Human Rocket to the Marvel Universe. Joe said they simply had too many characters already and couldn’t introduce another one. According to Comicbook.com, Gunn was recently reinstated as the director of “Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3.” It is unsure whether Gunn will introduce Nova as he has Thor and Adam Warlock.
