Khloé Kardashian had a few choice words for an Internet troll who decided to mom-shame her for using a nanny. Here's what happened, according to People magazine: On Thursday, May 2, an Instagram fan account posted a photo of Kardashian with her daughter, True, and her nanny on an outing at the farmers market. "Khloé acts like she can’t go anywhere without her nanny," the person wrote. "I can go anywhere and everywhere with whom I choose to," Kardashian responded.
