Plan offers new hope for KCK’s long-vacant Indian Springs mall site

There are plans for a potentially $140 million investment on the site of the old Indian Springs Mall in Kansas City, Kansas. A local food service company plans to open a new headquarters there. KCK's Unified Government has owned the property since 2007, costing taxpayers more than $19 million.
