Michigan State Police: 12 sex offenders arrested in Macomb, Oakland & Wayne counties

Twelve sex offenders were arrested during a two-day sweep in Macomb, Oakland and Wayne counties, according to Michigan State Police. MSP says four arrest teams targeted 26 registered sex offenders who were in violation of the Michigan Sex Offenders Registration Act. The teams located and arrested 12 people. Additionally, one offender was located in an out-of-state treatment facility.
