A Celebration and Walk Promoting Inclusion

Best Buddies International, is a nonprofit founded in 1989 by Anthony K. Shriver to establish a global volunteer movement that creates opportunities for one-to-one friendships, integrated employment, leadership development and inclusive living for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Joining us to discuss the group's mission and their Best Buddies Friendship Walk coming up in a few weeks is Leslie Dess from Best Buddies Wisconsin, "Peer Buddy" Sam Bear, and "Buddy" Sophia Walz-Chonacki. The Best Buddies Friendship Walk is happening Saturday, May 4 at Manpower Group Headquarters (100 Manpower Place, Milwaukee).
