Colorado governor signs "red flag" extreme risk protection order bill

Colorado Gov. Jared Polis on Friday signed the "red flag" extreme risk protection order that lawmakers say will save lives in Colorado by allowing a judge to take the guns from people deemed to be a threat to themselves or others.
