Juvenile Justice: Positive reinforcement used to reform kids

Juvenile prisons must repay their debt to society, but an emphasis is put on reform so that these young people can remove themselves from the correctional system permanently. Some Maryland programs are trying to use positive reinforcement is their best method to help reform juvenile offenders.
