Eric Swalwell announces candidacy for president

Eric Swalwell, the California governor who last year first called for the confiscation of semi-automatic firearms and then threatened to nuke anyone who resists, announced his candidacy for president Monday evening during an appearance on CBS's "The Late Show with Stephen Colbert."
