POLICE: Semi-aroused Henderson pizza employee sex assault case to remain closed

The lawyer representing a former Little Caesars employee is asking Henderson Police to revisit a sexual assault investigating involving a semi-aroused employee. Attorney Peter Isso provided 13 Investigates a letter which he addressed to Henderson Police Chief LaTesha Watson last month asking for her to reopen the criminal investigation. The letter described the surveillance video and camera police relied upon to close the case as being "obstructed to the point of making a positive identification nearly impossible and contained no date of time stamp."
