Boy claiming to be Timmothy Pitzen was lost, bruised, wandering Newport

Residents were scared at first when they saw a skinny young man walking through their neighborhood early Wednesday morning. They soon realized he was just a child — and he was running from danger. He told police he was Timmothy Pitzen, a boy missing since 2011, and he had escaped his kidnappers on foot after years of being held against his will.
