Englewood looks to regulate short-term rentals for the first time

Experts from surrounding cities will weigh in during a forum to discuss possible short-term rental regulations in Englewood. Currently, the city does not have any regulations surrounding these businesses, but staff believes approximately 100 homes are being advertised.
