3-year-old is first special needs preschooler to lead the Pledge of Allegiance at Garden City school

Leading the Pledge of Allegiance is exciting for any student who gets the opportunity, and that could not be more true for 3-year-old Jayden Perez of Garden City. Jayden is the first preschooler and the first special needs student to make the announcement at Lathers Elementary School in Garden City.
