Suspected hit-skip driver's death leaves victim's mother frustrated

Satwinder Singh's overdose in the Hamilton County Justice Center and subsequent death at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center has sparked an investigation into how he obtained drugs in jail. It's also left the mother of 2-year-old Dameon Turner, who died after Singh struck him, feeling as though she will never have a true resolution to her heartbreak.
