Bump stock ban starts tomorrow

A federal ban on bump stocks — attachments that essentially allow shooters to fire semiautomatic rifles continuously with one pull of the trigger — will start March 26. Owners are expected to surrender their devices or destroy them by tomorrow. The Trump administration issued the ban following the 1 October shooting in Las Vegas.
