River flood warnings remain in effect for the time being for some local area rivers due to continued snow melt as temperatures remain above average. After a breezy day we will be seeing the winds gradually weaken a bit overnight between 5 to 15 mph out of the northeast. Skies will be gradually clearing and allowing temperatures to fall into the upper teens and lower 20s. Skies will be sunny to kick off the new work week. Highs will be in the lower 40s with light winds out of the north and northeast around 5 to 10 mph. Temperatures warm into the mid and upper 40s Tuesday under mostly sunny skies. Highs get into the mid 50s on Wednesday under partly cloudy skies. On Thursday skies will be mostly cloudy with temperatures once again in the 50s. A chance of rainfall returns Thursday evening through Saturday. Right now there is a trend of southern shift in this possible storm system to affect more of the southern part of the state. If that trend continue, we may be able to remove any risk of rain for this week.
