Chris Wallace and Jason Chaffetz feud over Russian collusion investigation

During a Sunday morning discussion with former congressman Jason Chaffetz regarding special counsel Robert Mueller's just-concluded investigation into Russian collusion, Fox News host Chris Wallace falsely claimed that the investigation began two years ago because of Trump.

That was a lie. But why did the Fox host lie? Prior to him spouting this lie, Chaffetz had been pointing out that Democrats have no other option but to accept Mueller's conclusions.
