New $300M project in Midtown to bring luxury housing and boutique hotel

A massive mixed-use project that will include luxury condos, a new hotel, a huge plaza and even a local grocer in Midtown is expected to break ground this summer. The Mid, located at 3750 Woodward Ave., is a 3.8-acre development and an investment of more than $310 million, according to developers. The development will house a luxury boutique hotel, condominiums, co-living housing, multi-family housing, retail space a parking lot and community space.
