Restaurant Report Card: Lake Orion eatery cited for scooping ice with bare hands

It’s Restaurant Report Card Wednesday, and this week, WXYZ’s Andrea Isom is in Lake Orion, where the city’s motto is “where living is a vacation.” There are plenty of places to wine and dine in the city, but a few restaurants didn’t quite make the grade.
