Merle Maple Farm ready for Maple Weekend in Wyoming County

They are getting ready for Maple Weekend at the Merle Maple Farm in Attica, NY. The Wyoming County farm produces only maple syrup and the operation has been going for four generations. The farm is responsible for dozens of products from maple coated nuts to maple hot sauce and maple coated dog biscuits. For Maple Weekend they are planning wagon rides and food including pulled pork and chicken made with the Merle Maple BBQ sauce. According to Dottie Merle there will also be maple ice cream and sweet potatoes covered in maple syrup. Visitors will also get a behind the scenes tour of the Merle Maple Farm production process.
