Supermarkets Selling Rotting Meat and Covering It UP

When you go to the supermarket you expect to get products that are the freshest and safest to eat and feed your family but that wasn't the case with the meat that was bought at my local HEB.
I purchased a pack of meat and immediately stared to separate the meat to put it away only to notice the meat had already began to rot. As I began to investigate further, I realized the meat had been folded over to cover the rotting meat leaving the red parts exposed. Not only that. the rotting meat had been layered and flipped over to cover up the other pieces of rotting meat to appear as if this was a good pack of meat.
It didn't dawn on me that this was a deliberate cover up until I returned the meat, purchased a diffrent pack and saw the same thing. The second pack of meat is the video. Take a look.
