Kayaker rescues dog from freezing cold water in Monona [VIDEO]

A woman in a kayak helped rescue a dog who fell into freezing cold water in Monona, Wis. Thursday morning. The Monona Fire Department responded to a call of a dog in the water who couldn't get onto the ice to get out according to our sister station WISC-TV.
