Chelsea Manning jailed for not testifying to grand jury

Manning's incarceration stems not from any specific charges but rather from his refusal to testify in a case pertaining to the international non-profit WikiLeaks. Prosecutors in Alexandria have reportedly been pursuing an investigation against WikiLeaks for years, and as part of that investigation Manning was ordered to testify before a grand jury. He refused.
