West Chester teenager describes finding woman's body

Parker Wilhelm mistook the remains on his family's property for a leftover Halloween decoration until the smell reached his nose. Then he called the police. On Thursday, authorities announced they had finally identified the remains as those of Darlene Norcross. She had never been reported missing.
