During another portion of the hearing, the DHS secretary revealed that the abuse faced by illegal aliens young and alike alike is so sever that children as young as 11 are being given pregnancy tests.

"Very unfortunately, because of the increase in violence, at ICE, when we have families with children, we have to give every girl a pregnancy test over 10," she said.
