Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan looks to expand Project Green Light to 1,000 cameras

Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan addressed several important issues during his State of the City speech on Tuesday night, but safety was one of the main priorities. During his speech, Duggan, said that his administration is recommending a $10 million budget increase in an effort to bring 70 new police officers to the city this year.
