Storm Shield Forecast morning update 3/5/19

Our next Atmospheric River event is hitting Kern County hard this afternoon into the overnight hours with soaking rain bringing half an inch to an inch of rain to the valley and 2-3 inches in the mountains which will likely lead to flooding and we'll see the possibility of mudslides too.
