Tyrese Gibson To Star As Teddy Pendergrass In New Biopic

SF Gate reports that singer-turned-actor Tyrese Gibson will return to his musical roots in a biopic of the iconic R&B star Teddy Pendergrass.
Warner Bros. recently acquired the life rights of the legendary soul singer and are developing a biopic with Gibson to star as the R&B legend.
Donald De Line will produce through his De Line Pictures studio banner, along with Lee Daniels and Gibson via his Voltron Pictures.
