Decreasing clouds and chilly Wednesday night

Lows will be in the single digits along the lakefront with temperatures near zero inland but when you factor in the wind it will feel like -5 to -10 walking out the door on Thursday morning. High pressure will briefly visit us on Thursday morning, giving us some sunshine to start the day but the clouds roll in with a weak disturbance passing to our south that may fire off a few flurries late in the day after highs in the low 20s.
