The Gardens Mall's impact over 30 years

Thirty years ago Sidney Forbes with The Forbes Company knew when he built the Gardens Mall, it would have a lasting impact in the area. "I remember when I sold my wife on coming here, she said there isn't a light on past 9 o'clock and I said have faith, it's all coming." Forbes was at the mall on opening day.
