Eyewitness News Exclusive: Ken-Ton day care in good standing after investigation of corporal punishment

The Blue Giraffe day care on Elmwood Avenue in the Ken-Ton area is in good standing after the Office of Children and Family Services (OCFS) found half a dozen violations last August. According to day care's attorney, Terry Connors, the day care cooperated completely with OCFS during the investigation. Connors says OCFS recommended certain education and training programs for teachers and now are not facing revocation.
