Mild Friday before messy winter weekend

Enjoy today's quiet and mild weather before another big storm system arrives this weekend. We'll have partly cloudy skies today with highs in the 30s. We'll continue to see a slow melt of our current snowpack. Clouds increase tonight and our next big storm system arrives by tomorrow morning. We'll start with a period of freezing rain in the morning. Ice accumulations will likely range from 0.10 to 0.25" and roads and sidewalks will be become slippery. The freezing rain changes to rain by midday on Saturday.
