Mother and 14-month-old killed in crash

A 16-year-old driver’s attempt to pass another car led to a fiery crash killed a mother and her baby and damaged four vehicles, according to Lt. Stan Jordan. The crash happened at about 9:30 p.m. Monday and shut down State Route 134 for hours overnight. The two passengers in the teen’s car, 20-year-old Wendy Brewer and her daughter, 14-month-old Arialla Brewer, died at the scene, according to the Clinton County Coroner’s Office.
