Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

The sun will be making its return today, but it's really not going to warm us up that much. Highs will only be in the low-20s with the wind slowly dying down. Tonight will be cold and quiet with clear to partly cloudy skies. Overnight lows will only be in the low-single digits. Tuesday will be a nice and sunny day with high temperatures in the mid-20s. Most of Tuesday night looks okay besides a slight chance of light snow overnight. Lows will be in the low-teens. Here we go again with some snow on Wednesday. It appears 3-5" will accumulate for most starting early Wednesday morning and tapering off Wednesday evening. This forecast could change just a bit as this system gets closer. Dry weather returns Thursday and Friday. This upcoming weekend there is the potential for some more snow or rain on Sunday, but its way too early to make the call on any amounts. Stay tuned.
