Man charged with murdering pregnant woman

Thanks to a radical abortion bill signed into law last month by New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo, a man who allegedly murdered his pregnant girlfriend will reportedly not be charged for the murder of her unborn baby.

Instead it appears that suspected murderer Anthony Hobson, 48, will only be charged with the murder of his girlfriend, Jennifer Irigoyen, 35, as well as tampering with evidence and criminal possession of a weapon.
