NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

DANGEROUS winter weather this week. After the 5th biggest single day January snowstorm on record......our attention now turns the bitter cold air headed this way!! Tuesday is going to be a blustery and cold day with highs struggling to make it above 0. Wind chills will be between -15 and -25 through the day with a few flurries or a snow shower possible. The gusty winds will also produce blowing & drifting snow!! A WIND CHILL WARNING has now been issued for Tuesday PM, Wednesday & Thursday AM. We will have dangerous wind chills on Wednesday and Thursday mornings like we haven't seen in many, many winters. Wind chills on Wednesday & Thursday morning will be in the -40s & -50s!!
