Occurred on January 20, 2019 / Chester, England, UK
Info from Licensor: "The M53 Motorway was closed due to sheep being on the road. Stuck in traffic for an hour at 9am in the morning. Children were playing football on the other side of the road and these guys got out their rackets and started playing tennis using the central barrier as their net."
