A storm is bringing light overnight rain and snow chances to the county. A Wind Advisory is in effect for the San Joaquin Valley until Monday at 2 a.m. and a High Wind Warning is in effect for the mountain communities until 6 p.m. briniging wind gusts up to 65 mph.
