The potent system that brought rain & snow to the area is now pulling off to the NE. Tonight we'll have a lull between systems with breezy conditions in the evening. Lows will be in the lower to mid 30s with mostly cloudy skies. A cold front will track through on Tuesday. This could bring parts of the area a few snow showers or flurries. If there's any snow accumulation, it should stay under 1/2". Highs will be in the mid/upper-30s & then falling during the afternoon with strong/gusty winds. Colder air rushes in behind this system for Tuesday night bringing lows in the lower teens. That will be accompanied by wind, so the wind chills will feel quite chilly........dropping below zero. Wednesday and Thursday look blustery and colder, but still not that bad for this time of year with highs in the upper teens to low-20s. A slow moving clipper moves through in the late week, into the early weekend. This could bring us some light snow with highs in lower 30s. Although it will turn colder........no big shots of arctic air are in the forecast for the next 7-days. In fact.....above to much above normal temps return next week.
