Legislation would require city employees to go through ‘implicit and explicit bias’ training

Mayor John Cranley will introduce legislation that would require city employees, including police officers, to go through “implicit and explicit bias” training. Cranley announced the legislation in a Friday morning press conference, just days after the Cincinnati Police Department released body camera footage of two police officers using a racial slur.
