Michael Fish's NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast
Today, we're going to be doing even more melting with highs popping up into upper-30s to lower-40s. The normal high is 25°. Tonight will also be mild and quiet with lows in the low-20s. We could see a little patchy fog with the winds becoming light. Saturday will be the warmest day of the weekend with highs in the low-40s with plenty of sunshine, though it will get breezy. A weak cool front swings through Saturday night, but we still will stay dry. Lows will bottom out in the mid-20s. Sunday during the day looks okay, but the wind will be picking up and the clouds will be on the increase. Highs will be in the lower- to mid-30s. Sunday night, a low pressure will be tracking in bringing some snow, possibly mixed with rain south, We could wake up on Monday morning with some snow accumulation for the commute, but there still could be changes as this approaches. For many of us in the Green Bay and Fox Cities, this should change back over to rain as Monday progresses, but the Northwoods may keep this as snow with more accumulation. We'll keep you updated. No big shots of arctic air are in the forecast for the next 7-days.
