Hank Johnson thinks Guam might tip over

"My fear is that the whole island will become so overly populated that it will tip over and capsize," a straight-faced Johnson said while questioning since-retired Adm. Robert Willard, the then-commander of the U.S. Pacific Command, about the build-up of U.S. Marines on the island.
