NBC26 Storm Shield weather forecast

Mostly sunny skies are back with us today, but they wont do as much justice, with temperatures warming into the low- to mid-30s. Winds will be out of the northwest around 5 to 10 mph sometimes gusting to 15 mph. Even though it will be cooler, the temperatures are still above average. Milder weather is on the way Tuesday with highs back in the upper-30s under mostly sunny skies. Clouds will be on the increase Tuesday night ahead of our next storm system with lows in the upper-20s. The next system will be slowly approaching on Wednesday with the chance of a little drizzle. It sure will be mild again with highs in the low-40s. Thursday, that system will be passing through with the chance of light rain possibly mixed with a little snow. Highs will top out in the low-40s again. Light rain/snow/wintry mix is possible again on Thursday night with some very minor accumulation possible. Most of the weekend is looking dry with maybe a few flurries on Sunday. Highs should be in the lower-30s under partly to mostly cloudy skies.
