Hispanic Man Harassed by Mall Kiosk Worker

Info from Licensor: "I was harassed and discriminated for being Hispanic by a worker at Opry Mills Mall. It all started because my brother and I were about 2-feet away from his kiosk waiting for the rest of our family, when he came up to us really rude and told us to move because we were blocking him from talking to people. We decided to just ignore him and that's when he got mad and shoved us apart and started calling us names. He turned around and spit on my face, and started making threats to kill me saying he would kill me."
