NBC26 Storm Shield Weather Forecast

Monday was the eighth straight day that temps were running at/below normal for this time of year. That chilly streak is coming to an end!! Tuesday actually should be a pretty nice day with less wind and temperatures close to normal. Those highs will top out around 30 with sun/clouds. Tuesday night, clouds will be back on the increase with a weak low pressure approaching the area. Lows will be around 20. Wednesday, that weak disturbance will be passing through the area. We'll have a chance of seeing a little afternoon light snow or drizzle. As of this time, if we'd see any accumulation, it would only be a Tr. to maybe up to 1". Either way, with temperatures popping into the mid-30s, the roads shouldn't be too bad if any snow would fall. We'll keep thins in the mid- to upper-30s right through the weekend, so get ready to do a little melting around here. We will also see plenty of clouds & on/off chances for a light wintry mix.
