Remembering The Who concert tragedy decades later

A dozen-odd people in hoodies, hats and long winter coats huddled together Monday night outside U.S. Bank Arena, taking turns lighting 11 lanterns with names taped to the top. Each represented a person trampled to death by a frothing concert crowd Dec. 3, 1979, in the same spot. The youngest, Eckerle, was 15. Teva Ladd, the oldest, was 27 and the mother of two children.
