Man Jumps on Hood to Avoid Hit and Run

Info from Licensor: "I came upon a pre-existing vehicle accident, but noticed the white charger which had rear ended a truck was trying to back up and get away. As the charger attempted to flee, this man was in the path and had to choose, get run over, or dive into the hood. So he dove on the hood and that’s where the video starts. They drove about a mile at speeds up to 50mph. The driver pulled through a gas station and the man was able to jump off. Other vehicle drivers boxed in the Charger to prevent him from leaving till the police arrived. A 50-year-old man was the driver of the charger. This being his second DWI, he has several charges added to that and sits in jail on bond now."
