More than a dozen women have filed a lawsuit alleging they were illegally videotaped while using the bathroom and changing at Switch Crossfit in Clinton Township. In the lawsuit, the women are also joined by a male gym member and a child. Attorney Joshua Cecil says some of his victims were close with gym owner Matthew Krakwoski, who is also facing criminal charges in circuit court. “This was a incredible violation of their trust and privacy over a long period of time” says Cecil.
