Hit and run suspect arrested after filing insurance claim

A Cape Coral woman has been charged with Hit and Run after police say she ran off the road and hit two teens Saturday. 39-year-old Allicia Harrington was arrested Monday after citizen tips and evidence led investigators to her vehicle.
