NBC26 Storm Shield Weather Forecast

Monday was the 15th straight day with below normal high temperatures & the cold will continue. Except for a few snow showers or flurries....quiet weather is expect through Thanksgiving! High pressure will build into the area overnight. With a mixture of clouds & stars....temps will drop into the single digits & teens. On Tuesday....sunshine will give way to clouds & perhaps a few flurries as a weak disturbance moves in from the northwest. Wednesday......one of the busiest travel days of the year.....will be controlled by high pressure. Sun & clouds along with cold temps are expected. Thanksgiving looks quiet & chilly. Warmer weather arrives on Friday along with the chance for rain. Temps will climb into the 40s....the warmest weather in over two weeks!!
